Coaching Software that Integrates Every Tool You Need

Virtual coaching software can be quite comprehensive, but you’re always going to need a conferencing tool, documents, an email address and a payment processor to complete your admin processes. Picking your ideal online coaching portal is going to hinge on the software it integrates with.

This tool needs no introduction. It’s the go-to tool for online conferencing amongst coaches. It’s great because it allows you to record your calls and make them available to your clients, or allow your client to record the call directly.

Contract E-signature

CoachVantage will soon have the coveted contract e-signing feature. This feature enables you to upload your contract templates, then add the fields for clients to populate such as their name, address, signature fields, and other vital information that you require your clients to fill in.

You can choose to add a contract to be signed as part of your coaching program sign-up flow, or you can send an email notification to your clients to sign a contract. They will be able to e-sign the contract as an ‘embedded’ contract from within the client portal.

This is a really cool feature that makes it possible for your clients to make use of their account portal as a one-stop-shop to handle all of the admin stuff in one place.

If you use a stand-alone contract e-signature tool like HelloSign or DocuSign, your clients will need to access the contract that you send them from their email inbox and then click on a button to open and sign your contract. With CoachVantage, however, they can do it from within their account portal.   

This is beneficial because both you and your clients will have the record of the signed contract within your respective CoachVantage accounts, which makes it easy for both parties to refer to the contract anytime as needed.
